Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020 (G.R. No. 2082 of 2020) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute and also considering the fact that there is case and counter case from both the sides, this bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32857 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020 (G.R. No.2082 of 2020) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
