2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 137(2), 143 of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that on 18.01.2025, while the daughter of the informant was coming from her sister's home with her brother-in-law to his village and boarded down from a train, thereafter, his brother-in-law got her boarded on a Tempo and went back to Patna, but the daughter of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are ladies. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the victim has not raised any alarm while she was being taken to Jaipur. The petitioners has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 01.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation, the victim girl has been recovered by the Railway Police at Kanpur Central Railway Station where she was abducted and the complicity of the petitioners has come to light.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Lakhisarai, in connection with

7. The application stands allowed.
