2. This writ application has been filed for direction to respondents to consider the grievance of the petitioners for granting the matric trained pay scale with effect from completion of three years of regular service from the date of appointment with all consequential benefits.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in this regard, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4 and in view of Annexure 'A' and 'B' to the counter affidavit, it appears that grievance of the petitioners has been redressed.
4. In view of aforesaid facts, the writ petition stands disposed of.
