The petitioner, Abhishek Kumar @ Vikash Kumar @ Blackee, is in custody since 29.03.2016 in Beur P.S. Case No.86 of 2016 under Section 25(1-B)A/26/35 Arms Act.

From his possession one country made pistol loaded with one cartidge and another cartidge has been recovered. .

Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention, I direct that the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Beur P.S.
