The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 68/2015 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354-B, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that on the basis of the written report submitted by the wife of the petitioner, a counter case, being Chandi P.S. Case No. 69/2015 dated 02.08.2015 was registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the husband of the informant of the present case and her other family members. It has further been contended that other co-accused having more or less identical allegation have

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Ara in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
