Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.7 of 2017, for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioners under Sections 366A, 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 18 of the POCSO Act.
The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioners came to his house at 11.30 in the night and outraged

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the allegations made in the complaint case are false and concocted. In fact the daughter of the complainant is having love affair with Ratnesh Kumar. She filed petition that she has already solemnized marriage with Ratnesh Kumar and her father lodged the false case only because he wanted to get her married with another boy.
Having considered the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No.7 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
