Petitioner along with Tuntun Choudhary were apprehended on the ground that from a hut which they were occupying, three litres of country made wine were recovered. Furthermore, petitioner happens to be under custody since 22.08.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Satya Narayan Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Rajepur PS Case No. 107 of 2016.
