JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 12-04-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 30.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23962 of 2016 to the extent that in paragraph 2 of page 2 of the order it has been recorded that the informant received abrasion on the right side of the 'scalp' instead of 'scapular area'. This fact has been verified when the learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention to injury report as contained in Annexure-2 to the main Criminal Miscellaneous Application.

Hence, the order dated 30.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23962 of 2016 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 2 of page 2 of the order dated 30.05.2016 be read as abrasion on the right side of scapular instead of scalp. In the circumstances, the period of surrender is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15512 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 extended by two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 71 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
