The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.O. Case No.69 of 2016 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 30 bottles, each containing 300 Ml. Nepali Saufi Wine, from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 08.11.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2096 of 2017 (2) dt.23-01-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with G.O. Case No.69 of 2016.
