The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 30 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though it is alleged that about 14 ltrs. of foreign-made liquor have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody for about more than two months. There is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
