The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No.128 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 354, 307 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 3, namely, Feku Thakur and Jitendra Thakkur have been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory

So far as petitioner no.2, namely, Dharmendra Thakur is concerned, considering the fact that because of land dispute between the parties, this occurrence has taken place and there is no allegation against petitioner no.2 of assaulting the injured, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner no.2, namely, Dharmendra Thakur, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S.
