1 to 7 to take action against respondents no. 7 to 9 provide protection of life and property

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
