Earlier by order dated 19.5.2023, the petitioner was granted provision bail and the matter was referred to mediation center and a report regarding outcome of the medication has also been called for.

In compliance of the above order, a report dt. 1.8.2023 has been received. It appears from the said report that the mediation could not succeed.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife/informant with full dignity and honour.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dt. 19.5.2023 is hereby confirmed.
