This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 552 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in brief is that informant's daughter, namely, Sabnam Khatoon was married in the year 2022 with petitioner as per muslim rites. It is further alleged that the petitioner along with family members started demanding dowry from informant's father. Due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand the people, all accused persons along with petitioner killed informant's daughter by throttling her neck. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he along with family members killed his wife.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
