JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For direction to the respondents allot the land no 8L/38 as per the rate of 4LP/60 both are the adjacent land.

(ii). For direction to the respondents to allot the land on the basis of 4 LP/66 rupees 159297 to the petitioner land 8LP/38 measuring 800 square feet to the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law,
