The learned counsel for the RespondentState has pointed out that an encroachment case bearing Encroachment Case No. 25/2018-19 has already been initiated by the Circle Officer, Dinara, i.e. the respondent no.4, hence, the same will definitely be taken to its logical conclusion. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.4 to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid encroachment case, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law, and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of twelve weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
