The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Trail No.3427 of 2018 arising from Complaint Case No.C1 403/18 registered for offences punishable under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act..

Case is under Section 498A of the IPC. It appears that on appearance of the O.P.No.2, the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre and the mediation report is available at flag 'M' that only shows that the mediation has failed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22736 of 2019(8) dt.24-09-2019 2/3 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation of demand and torture is false and he is ready to keep her with dignity and care . On the other hand the learned counsel for the O.P.no.2 has also appeared and said that she is also ready to reside with the petitioner , if she is allowed to live with dignity and care.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned court below on 17.10.2019 and on that day O.P.no.2 shall also appear before the learned court below and on appearance of both the parties the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.4.2019 shall be extended for a period of six months and during that period both the parties have to appear before the learned court below on 3rd week of each month so that the learned court below may watch conduct of both the parties and once being satisfied with the conduct of the parties especially the conduct of the petitioner, the learned court below shall confirm the bail bond of the petitioner otherwise he is free to pass any other order or orders as he deems fit and proper including cancelling of the bail bond of the petitioner.
