====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2020 The present application has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time for surrender. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.3.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to lockdown, the petitioner could not surrender within time. Considering the aforesaid, the time granted by this Court is extended further one month from today. The terms and conditions shall remain intact.

The application stands allowed with the aforesaid modification.
