The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Srikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 296 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the written report it appears that there is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioners. There is allegation that sons of Krishna Rai and Bijli Rai used to tease the informant when she went to take water from the tube well. Both these petitioners have clean antecedent as mentioned in paragraph3 of the bail petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10608 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Srikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 296 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.
