====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 1303 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is no any evidence and nothing has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

No.74017 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.
