2. The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16570 of 2026.

3. It appears from the order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16570 of 2026 in paragraph-2, it has been wrongly typed as Chauram P.S.Case No.95 of 2025 in place of Rampur Chauram P.S.Case No.95 of 2025.

4. Let it be read as "Rampur Chauram P.S.Case No.95 of 2025" in place of "Chauram P.S.Case No.95 of 2025"in paragraph-2 of the order dated 16.03.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake in the prayer portion of the bail petition "to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge-I, Arwal has been mentioned so the same has also been recorded in paragraph-6 of the order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16570 of 2026.

6. Let it be read as to the satisfaction of "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal " in paragraph-6 of the order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16570 of 2026 in place of to the satisfaction of "learned District and Sessions Judge-I, Arwal"

7. Accordingly, the order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16570 of 202 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

8. The time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Pancham Kumar and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16570 of 2026 is extended by two weeks from today.
