The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.188 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 279, 304(ii), 337 and 338 of the IPC. Prosecution case in short is that, the son of the informant and his cousin brother were going in a marriage ceremony and as soon as they reached on NH-30 road, a tractor bearing registration no.BR-01GB-2223 coming very rash and negligent manner and dashed to his son and his cousin brother, resulting both died on the spot.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no intention of killing to the deceased and also there is no direct

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.188 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
