No. 11515 of 2008 has been compiled with inasmuch as the Regional Manager, Central Ware Housing Corporation, Patna, has decided the petitioner's claim though the claim has been rejected. I do not find any case of deliberate violation of this Court's order is made out. This application is accordingly dismissed.
