Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report and the victim states in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C that she was taken to Kerela by the petitioner and one Gulabi Devi and handed over to one Vijay Sahani. The victim appears to be major as her age was assessed by learned Magistrate as 20 years. Moreover, Vijay Sahani has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 30.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 53784/2015.
