====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a and 26(i)(ii) of Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per written report petitioner along with four other accused persons has been apprehended with a vehicle. He further submits that search was made, but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The recovery has been made from possession of other accused persons as mentioned in the written report.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No.160 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
