Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 for the offence under sections 364 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was not named by the victim in the commission of offence.

The petitioner is in custody since 8.1.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner was not named by the victim and he is in custody since 8.1.2019, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
