In the present writ petition, petitioner is claiming for appointment to the post of constable in para-military force. Petitioner appeared in the written test and thereafter called for interview and medical test. During medical test it was found that he is suffering from colour blindness. He was declared unfit for admission in para-military force. Case of the petitioner was placed before Review Medical Board, at Base Hospital I.T.B.P. Tigri Camp, New Delhi and on his medical examination the Review Medical Board has confirmed him colour blindness.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7199 of 2013 (8) dt.30-08-2016 In such view of the matter, it is not a fit case where this Court can exercise the power in favour of the petitioner. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
