Patna High Court MJC No.1060 of 2024(3) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 default for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 30.6.2022.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material on record, the Court is satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for restoration of the instant application.

4. M.A no. 150 of 2021 is restored.
