2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 439 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, Manoj Singh, the son of the petitioner is the assailant of the victim.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2026.
5. Learned counsel of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the fact that the main assailant of the victim is the son of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari/ concerned Court in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 439 of 2025.
8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
