JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard Sri Harish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vinay Kirti Singh, learned counsel who has appeared on behalf of the respondent/ Bihar State Electricity Board.

In the present writ petition the petitioner has raised a dispute in respect of energy bill.

During the pendency of the writ petition an interlocutory application was filed complaining therein that his electric supply was disconnected and thereafter allowing the interlocutory application by order dated 18.1.2016 this court issued direction to the respondents to restore the electric connection.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24871 of 2013 (4) dt.26-02-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that after the order of this court the line has already been restored. Keeping in view the fact that in this case dispute has been raised in respect of energy bill for which there is already statutory remedy available to the petitioner, the court proposes to dispose of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to avail the remedy.

It is declared that period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.

I.A. petition was allowed and it was directed to restore the connection and it was also directed that petitioner shall be paying the current bill regularly.
