JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that a sum of Rs. 2 lacs, as extortion, was demanded from the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the resident of Pulhara whereas Praveen Kumar is the resident of Khaduara. Moreover, no offence under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

In view of the aforesaid facts, let above named petitioner released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
