JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 420, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner approached this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23091 of 2018 and a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 19.04.2018 observed that if the trial is not concluded within six months, he may renew his prayer for bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that more than six months have been passed after the order dated 19.04.2018. The petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2017. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.521 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017.
