2. We have already disposed of a writ petition numbered as CWJC No. 4281 of 2019 titled as Budhdev Mahto and Ors Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors, where the concern expressed regarding lack of infrastructure in schools in the entire State of Bihar was addressed. Especially noticing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7042 of 2024 dt.26-04-2024 2/2 contention in the counter affidavit and the statements made therein of positive steps being taken to augment the infrastructure facilities, the writ petition was disposed of recording the submission of the State and expressing hope that the efforts would continue unabated. Repetitive writ petitions on the same subject matter has to be deprecated.

3. We find absolutely no reason to entertain the writ petition and the same stands dismissed.
