Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 66 of 2016 arising out of L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 247 of 2016 registered under Section 30A of Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. During investigation, no material has come against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or
