2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation in the First Information Report is that the informant's daughter aged about 18 years was abducted by Aman Kumar and was assisted in the same by his brother Manish Kumar for the purposes of marrying the daughter of the informant. Further, it has been alleged that the mother and father of the said Aman Kumar also have a role in concealing the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father of one Aman Kumar against whom the allegation is that he had abducted the daughter of the informant, who is aged about 18 years. During the course of investigation,

No.22804 of 2025(3) dt.28-05-2025 2/3 the victim girl was recovered and her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded wherein, she has stated that all the accused persons named in the FIR including the petitioner took her forcibly to Muzaffarpur where she was kept for two days by co-accused Aman Kumar and thereafter, she was taken to Gujarat where she stayed for 10 to 15 days and there is an allegation on Aman Kumar that he also established physical relationship with her. Further, it has been submitted that he dropped her back at Samastipur station and whereafter the victim has came along with her mother to court to give her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.
It would be clear from the statement of the victim girl that the thrust of the allegation is against co-accused Aman Kumar and the petitioner and others have only been implicated in the case since they are the immediate family members of the said Aman Kumar. It has also been pointed out that two of the accused persons being the brother and mother of Aman Kumar have already been granted bail vide order dated 13.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13984 of 2025.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22804 of 2025(3) dt.28-05-2025 3/3 case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bangra P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024. (Soni Shrivastava, J) devendra/- U T
