Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and one co-accused were caught by the informant and one country-made Katta is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and similarly, one country-made Katta was recovered from possession of the coaccused. So far as recovery of motorcycle is concerned; it is informed that the aforesaid motorcycle belongs to relative of the petitioner.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40492 of 2016 (2) dt.04-10-2016 2/2 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Giriak P.S. Case No. 116 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Sushil Prasad, J.M.-Ist Class, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif.
