JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 By the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 07.01.2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No. 333 of 2011, whereby cognizance has been taken against the husband of the deceased, namely, Upendra Prasad.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the appropriate stage during trial.
