2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 20,22 of Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substances Act registered in connection with Special Case No. 02 of 2016 arising out of Barahiya P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged recovery of about 510 Kgs. of ganja from a pick-up van bearing Registration No. BR53A-3910. It is submitted that the petitioner's name has surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Munna Singh to the effect that the offending goods belong to the petitioner meant for sale. Co-accused Sanjay Singh who was also implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Munna

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73258 of 2018(5) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31084 of 2017.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
