The petitioner seeks bail in Banshi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The petitioner has been implicated in the instant case merely on suspicion. The police has recorded his confessional statement.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 24.7.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72966 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Arwal, in connection with Banshi P.S.
