Mr.Dr. Indiwar Kumari, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 472 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.08.2022.

The prosecution case in brief is that the informant police officer submitted his written report alleging that on patrolling he got secret information that two persons on a motorcycle near bus stand were to commit some offence. On that information, the police team reached near the bus stand and after seeing police team two persons upon a motorcycle tried to flee away but they were apprehended. Upon search one country

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 472 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Matihani Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
