====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard Sri Siddharth Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anil Kumar Singh No. 1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 323, 308, 379 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though in the F.I.R. it was alleged that petitioner gave blow of iron rod, during medical examination injury was found by doctor as simple in nature . He further submits that informant has claimed that occurrence was witnessed by four witnesses but none has supported the case of the prosecution.

No.72018 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 However on going through the F.I.R. it is evident that there is specific accusation against this petitioner and petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and as such there is no reason to entertain the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
