====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-01-2021 On account of certain typographical error of inadvertence in the bail petition filed by the petitioners, it is submitted that two different cases number have been mentioned. Apart from the correct Jalalpur Police Station (for brevity, PS) Case No 152 of 2019, by mistake, Jalalpur PS Case No 148 of 2019 has been mentioned in the prayer portion of bail application leading to typographical error in the order dated 05.11.2020 whereby the petitioners' prayer for anticipatory bail was allowed.

Having gone through the records and in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, pointing out such defect/error in the petition, the order to the extent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26176 of 2020(4) dt.11-01-2021 2/2 furnishing of bail bonds is concerned, shall be read as "to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Saran at Chapra in Jalalpur PS Case No 152 of 2019." This modification to the order dated 05.11.2020 having been effected today, this Court would further extend the period for surrender of the petitioners in the Court below by a period of four weeks from today.
