The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 14.12.2012 passed by the Fast Track Court-I, Siwan by which he has allowed to recall of P.W.1 Mintu Yadav @ Mithu Yadav for his further cross-examination at the instance of the accused in Sessions Trial No.418 of 1998.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and the order is set aside.
