JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 By filing an application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks modification in the cause title of the order dated 5th December, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43517 of 2014.

It has been contended that father's name of the petitioner Prince Kumar is Anjay Pandey @ Ajay Pandey. In Cr. Misc. No.43517 of 2014, inadvertently father's name of the petitioner was typed as Ajay Paswan @ Ajay Pandey in the petition filed by the petitioner as a result of which the same name was typed in the cause title of the order dated 5th December, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43517of 2014. Due to the wrong entry of father's name, despite being granted bail in connection with Dehri P.S.Case No.237 of 2014 in the aforesaid Cr. Misc. No.43517 of 2014 on 5th December, 2014, the petitioner is not being

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1740 of 2015 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 released from custody.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the application for modification is allowed. In the cause title of the order dated 5th December, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43517of 2014, the father's name of the petitioner Prince Kumar shall be read as Anjay Pandey @ Ajay Pandey in stead of Ajay Paswan @ Ajay Pandey.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the court below i.e., S.D.J.M, Dehri, District- Rohtas through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
