2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2)(3), 190, 115, 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2)(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have fired upon the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is a woman and she is in custody since 28.10.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21181 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024.
