The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 384, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case in brief is that the petitioner took original paper of agreement and took money as ransom to return the original agreement paper.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The matter relates to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20368 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 execution of agreement for sale. As per agreement for sale, the period of agreement was only for 11 months. The matter relates to civil dispute.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City, District-Patna in connection with Chowk P.S.
