The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Rail P.S.Case nO.22 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that the the police on suspicion searched the petitioner and from his possession several articles were recovered.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and only on suspicion he has been arrested. Now he is in custody for about 5 1⁄2 months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73952 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Anwar Shamim ACJM Raiwlay Barauni in connection with Begusarai Rail P.S.Case nO.22 of 2018..

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
