JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2023 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the objection application filed by the petitioner on 18.09.2009 before the Block Development Officer (Annexure-4). It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the enquiry with regard to the objection raised by the petitioner is pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Marhaura, Saran (Annexure-5).

Considering the nature of the prayer, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Marhaura, Chapra, Saran (respondent No. 3) to dispose
