Petitioners seek bail in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.531 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.11041 of 2018, registered under Sections 30(a) (d), 34 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
According to the prosecution allegation, 35 liters each was recovered from the house of both the petitioners, Dev Karan Prasad and Lal Bahadur, Lal Bahadur Prasad @ Lal Bahadur Rai for that the petitioners are in jail since 24.10.2018. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
