This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 36 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for both the parties have
